Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at

Return address details will be shared with you once the exchange request is approved.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly as many of our products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellations once an order has been processed.

Shipping

To return a product, please email us first at colorashramfoundation@gmail.com so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free delivery within India on orders above ₹500.

International Orders

For delivery addresses outside India, shipping charges are not included in the product price.

International shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination, weight, and courier rates. Customers will be contacted after placing the order with the applicable shipping charges.

Orders will be dispatched only after the international shipping charges are confirmed and paid.

If a customer chooses not to proceed after being informed of the international shipping charges, the order may be cancelled before dispatch.

Any refund issued in such cases will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway transaction fees and administrative charges.

Order Validity

If shipping charges or order confirmation remain pending for more than 30 days from the order date, the order may be cancelled as per company policy.
