This video is about the impact of color in the textile and fashion industry post Industrial Revolution and it draws a lot of journalistic content from Alden Wicker's book:  ‘To Dye For’. The fast fashion and water pollution grew side by side as we enjoyed the brilliant variety of Pantone Shades that took our world by storm for almost 150 years now. However, the rate at which fast fashion grows is also the rate at which toxic effluent, landfills full of plastic and toxic dyed clothing grows and we have reached a point where we want a solution. There is politics in this whole economic chaos too, and that's important to understand and face. There are questions that need to be asked and answers that need to be sought, because we know when it cannot continue as normal.
