This video is about going in the act itself. Starting from your kitchen, you could take a pomegranate, peel it, eat it and then instead of throwing away the peels, you make a dye! A dye that has mordant or fixer in it in the form of tannins as do many other plants. Then you change the shade using iron water and indigo and that would be learned from your nearest natural dye practitioner, and if you start looking, you'll find there are many!
